Colonial House Inn? Colonial House Inn is an old colonial house located in the historic center of Arequipa. Its main features are the sillar façade, its tall windows with wrougth iron railings, the characteristic wrought iron lamps hanging on both sides of the large colonial-style door, and the wooden sign with our name carved on it.

We have two indoor patios, and a garden; the rooms are located around the patios, a characteristic feature of colonial houses. The sillar walls are about one meter thick, and the rooms have high domed ceilings. |

From our terrace and roof garden, you will be able to enjoy a magnificent view of the city and the volcanoes that surround it, while resting, reading, or having our delicious breakfasts and snacks. The three volcanoes, Chachani, Misti, and Pichu Pichu, are the guardians of our city, their silhouettes contrasting with the architecture of the old churches and houses. |

You can also admire the view of the Franciscan Church and Convent at the back of our house, and the wonderful architecture of Santa Catalina Monastery (located two blocks from the hotel), and the towers of the Cathedral on the Main Square (four blocks from the hotel). |
